Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original polybags.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
